Please read through them carefully before placing your order. By using this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below.

Payment information

All prices quoted on the Website are listed in USD.

We accept payment only through Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Zelle (US banks), Money transfert (Western Union, Money Gram). Your card/bank will be debited once the order has been accepted.

All payment transactions on the Website are processed using a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your details in a secure host environment.

SARAYAA prices exclude import duties.

Shipping and delivery

Shipping is free. However, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs back to our studio, if he/she is receiving an exchange. We aim to deliver all orders as quickly as possible. Delivery time will take up to 2 weeks but are in no way a guarantee and are based on approximations. This is due to third party factors, that may cause delays.

Return policy: 7 days exchange policy

While our goal is for every customer to love their purchases from SARAYAA, we understand that isn’t always the case. If you are unhappy with your online purchase, please read our return policy below to make sure that your items are eligible for return and for further instructions.

We do not issue refunds, we offer store credit or exchanges only.

You can return items within 7 days after receiving the package with receipt or proof of purchase. All returns must be approved. A damaged garment will not be exchanged.

For minor color and design variations in the products from the photographs shared on the website would not be eligible for a refund. 

Please note:

  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. 
  • Exchange can be done only one time. second time we will not be permit 
  • All returns must be received at our shipping location within 15 days of the original purchase date. 

To complete your return, please notify us by Contacting us at (+221)338247387 within 24 hours of receiving the item. Please e-mail the following details: 

  1. ID
  2. Name of the customer 
  3. Products which customer wants to Exchange
  4. Reason for returning

Conditions for Self-Return: 

Please remember that the customer is responsible for the returned item until it reaches us. Please send the following shipping details: 

  1. Date of Shipment 
  2. Name of the Shipper (Courier Company) 

Non-returnable items: 

  • All discounted or sale items are final sale
  • All clearance items are final sales and cannot be exchanged or returned. 
  • We cannot accept a return if an item has been used, washed, damaged, worn, or if the tags are removed. 
  • Preorders are final sale items. 
  • SARAYAA is NOT responsible for items lost in transit or items that do not arrive to us or damaged packages.


Intellectual property rights

All ownership rights known as intellectual property rights of all designs, trademarks, brand name, images and logos are and shall remain the property of SARAYAA. At no time shall any rights, title or interest in the intellectual property rights pass to You.


There may be occasions due to circumstances beyond SARAYAA control, where the Product(s) that is ordered is not available. In this case the Product(s) will be cancelled from your order and will be communicated to you. You will not be charged for the Product(s).

We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time and at our sole discretion.


SARAYAA cannot accept cancellations on an order after the product has been shipped. 


We use the following carriers to deliver our orders: DHL and UPS


Although every effort will be made to have this Website available at all times, the Website may become unavailable due to maintenance or repairs, loss of connectivity or some other form of interruption. The Merchant does not warrant against nor will it be held liable for such downtime and is hereby indemnified from any loss, damage, claims, costs or penalties incurred as a result of such unavailability.

Proprietary rights 

The Website is owned by the Merchant and the User acknowledges that the Merchant and/or its licensors are the proprietors of any and all Intellectual Property associated with, related to or appearing on the Website. 

Also, customers are responsible for paying local fee’s for taxes and custom duties.
